Property Owner Services

We will visit your property to address your concerns related to the structure of your home or building. Typical issues include cracked foundations and walls, load-bearing wall assessment, and sagging floors or roofs.

Fee for on site visit, including a short summary report, is 950 + HST. Additional fee for travel expenses will be charged for properties outside of Guelph.

We generally require 2 weeks to book the site visit.

Additional services related to design of repairs or reinforcements will be quoted separately.
